Amy was absolutely lovely as always and gave me the perfect haircut I’ve been wanting for years. She has cut the style perfectly for my hair and given me so many tips to make it look good from home!

Amy was absolutely amazing both last week and this. Last week she cut my daughter’s hair, incredibly long and thick and she had never been to a hairdresser ever and is 22 yo. What a fantastic cut & style! This week she did mine, complete restyle of long but fine hair. Wow! What a difference. Everyone was so bubbly and welcoming. I walked through the front door to a smiley hello from the receptionist who took my coat and bag, offered me a hot drink and sat me down upstairs with my hairdresser. I always enjoy my visit to the salon and today was no exception. The staff are friendly and helpful. My stylist, also named Linda, is quick to assess what is required and we chat companionably whilst she works. She always makes me feel valued and I come away with styled hair which suits me and which... I am able to manage to keep tidy. I feel safe at Peter Gotthard’s because there are good precautions against Covid 19 and as the salon is large, there is enough space to easily be able to maintain social distance.

I've been a customer of Peter Gotthard for at least forty years. I have always been happy with all the hairdressers who have done my hair in that time. I have been a customer of Linda's for the longest - it could have been for fifteen years, or may be for longer. The staff are friendly helpful and professional. All Covid hygiene and safety measures are in place so that you feel secure and safe. I found it a relaxing and enjoyable experience - a welcome break from the pressures outside. Thank you Linda and the staff.
