Lovely young woman who did my hair. Friendly and helpful and proficient

Everyone was so bubbly and welcoming. I walked through the front door to a smiley hello from the receptionist who took my coat and bag, offered me a hot drink and sat me down upstairs with my hairdresser. Sarah has been doing my hair for years, knows exactly what I want and never disappoints. They work together, sharing ideas which each other and myself, which I think really helped to achieve the look I wanted. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I always enjoy my visit to the salon and today was no exception. The staff are friendly and helpful. My stylist, also named Linda, is quick to assess what is required and we chat companionably whilst she works. She always makes me feel valued and I come away with styled hair which suits me and which I am able to manage to keep tidy. It is a fun and uplifting experience, particularly for those, like myself, who have been locked down so long in this pandemic. Thanks!

I feel safe at Peter Gotthard’s because there are good precautions against Covid 19 and as the salon is large, there is enough space to easily be able to maintain social distance.

I've been a customer of Peter Gotthard for at least forty years. I have always been happy with all the hairdressers who have done my hair in that time. I have been a customer of Linda's for the longest - it could have been for fifteen years, or may be for longer. I have every confidence in Linda's ability and hope that she will be my hairdresser for many years to come.

The staff are friendly helpful and professional. All Covid hygiene and safety measures are in place so that you feel secure and safe. I found it a relaxing and enjoyable experience - a welcome break from the pressures outside. Thank you Linda and the staff.

Excellent arrangements during covid. Good cleaning practices, temp checking, PPE etc. The salon has really made a huge effort to ensure the safety of staff and clients.

After not having a haircut for over 3 months, Kim C did a brilliant job, I was very impressed that stylist wore both face masks and visors. The whole experience from walking through the door to walking out was all very well done to make you feel safe and comfortable.

I love the treatments Kim provides mostly because of the consistency of quality. I also enjoy the conversation and welcome. I’ve never been so happy over such a long time as I’m quite prone to chopping and changing hairdressers regularly... not anymore!
